Paredes coloridas em ambientes internos de uma empresa representam muito mais que uma simples decoração ou um conceito cool. Pesquisas mostram que o terceiro ponto mais valorizado pelos funcionários é um ambiente de trabalho agradável.

Pensando nisso, e na necessidade de reforçar o propósito do Sicoob Crediriodoce junto aos seus colaboradores – “Realizar sonhos através de soluções sustentáveis” – desenvolvi o projeto Humanização Interna.

De forma simples e funcional, aproveitaríamos os espaços do Centro Administrativo (CAD), tornando-o mais humano, aconchegante e prazeroso.

A cozinha, que já estava precisando de uma reforma, ganhou mesas mais longas com bancos e uma bancada voltada para a janela, o que possibilitou mais pessoas frequentarem o ambiente e uma maior interação entre os colegas de trabalho.

As portas de saída para a agência foram adesivadas com frases motivacionais, reforçando o propósito dos colaboradores que lidam diretamente com os associados.

As paredes foram “decoradas” com fotos de associados e seus testemunhos de como o trabalho de cada colaborador contribui para a realização de seus sonhos.

As escadas ganharam adesivos coloridos, com palavras e frases de motivação para saúde física e emocional.
