Uma das paixões do povo brasileiro é o futebol. Em Valadares o time da cidade, o Esporte Clube Democrata, participa anualmente do Campeonato Mineiro, e o Sicoob Crediriodoce é um de seus patrocinadores.

Pensando em não ser só uma marca no meio de campo, a Crediriodoce decidiu promover uma ação que envolve-se a comunidade.

Todo time e em todo jogo, inúmeras crianças desejam entrar em campo com o jogador. A Crediriodoce decidiu ser a realizadora desse sonho, nos jogos em que o Democrata disputasse no Estádio José Mammoud Abbas, o Mamudão.

O projeto foi intitulado como Torcedor do Futuro Sicoob Crediriodoce. Os responsáveis pelas crianças as inscreviam na agência da Crediriodoce e levavam para casa um kit com blusa e boné, o uniforme da criança.

No dia do jogo, recebíamos as crianças uma hora antes, já devidamente vestidas, e a partir daí começavam as fortes emoções. Estádio lotado, torcida gritando e uma animação linda de ver no rostinho de cada torcedor do futuro.
